Mother To Mother Midwifery has a position open for a part-time LM or CNM, or advanced #student LM, or RN experienced in labor & delivery. #NewGrads are welcome!

We are a #collaborative group CNM/LM homebirth practice in San Diego, CA with a sustainable shared call schedule. You’ll have your own half-day of clinic per week, plus various 12-hour call shifts throughout the week (mainly nights and weekends at this time).

Experienced CNM/LM makes $56/hr once trained and able to take primary call ($50/hr while on training months for individualized amount of time).
New grad CNM/LM starts at $50/hr. Experienced RN makes $50/hr.
Student CNM/LM starts unpaid with potential for promotion to paid student position based on experience & performance.
